Pay Equity - Ontario (APAYE3)

The Pay Equity training program will provide hands-on knowledge to assist participants to gain a better under-standing of our union’s obligation under the Ontario Pay Equity Act.  Participants will be asked to develop a mock pay equity plan that will provide them with the skills, knowledge and confidence required to achieve and maintain pay equity.  The course will build awareness of the Union's commitment to pay equity and resources available to locals.
