Harassment Investigation (AHI3)

This 3-day program is designed for union workplace representatives and their management counterparts (where applicable).  The course outlines union and management responsibilities for preventing, investigating and resolving workplace harassment, and defines workplace harassment and violence under the Human Rights code and health and safety legislation.  Participants will review tools and processes for preventing and resolving workplace harassment (including informal, formal, and joint approaches).  The course is designed to increase the investigator’s communication skills, knowledge, and confidence to deal with harassment complaints through hands-on practice, case studies, video examples, and group discussion.
