Grievance Handling & Workplace Leadership - The Basics (AGHWL1)

One-day Grievance Handling & Workplace Leadership will show you how shop stewards or committeepersons investigate grievances, write them well, and present them to management.  You will learn by practicing these essential steps using actual workplace situations and contract language.  If you have considered running for this position or you are simply interested in learning more about how the union handles workplace issues, this course will give you these basics and more.

You will come away with a better understanding of the grievance procedure as well as how the role of the workplace representative is so critical to building our union strength.
