Equity Committees

Unifor is committing to achieving dignity and inclusion of all of our members. Workers with DisAbilities are a part the struggle for equity in our workplaces and our communities. We are also working towards greater recognition within the union and the broader labour movement.
Aboriginal and Racialized Workers Thumb
The trade union movement was built by the struggles of working people -- including aboriginals and racialized workers.
Unifor is committed to representing all of our members and creating safer and fairer workplaces for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) union members.
Unifor is part of the struggle for women's equality in the workplace, in the community and within the labour movement itself.
Young workers face unique challenges in their workplaces. Unifor is committed to creating space for young workers within the union.
